Royal Mail Special Delivery - Guaranteed next day delivery, tracked and signed for service. N.B. orders are dispatchhed one day after purchase confirmation.
Royal Mail Second Class - Estimated 2-7 days delivery, not tracked.
Royal Mail Standard Airmail - Estimated 5-14 days, not tracked
Royal Mail International Signed For - Estimated 3-7 days, tracked.
Parcleforce Global Priority - For larger parcels, estimated 5-14 days, tracked

Shipping fees are inclusive of VAT, handling and packing charges. All prices for services are visible upon checkout and all services will state an estimated delivery time upon checkout.
N.B. Items are posted within 2 days from Monday - Friday, Our last postage time is 2pm, items on a Special Delivery service after this time will be due for dispatch on the following working day.
We advise you to group your items in one order as we can not guarantee that two or more orders placed independantly will be dispatched together and shipping fees may apply to each.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Any records and/or tracking numbers of items sent Recorded or Special delivery will be kept for a maximum of two months, we therefore suggest contacting us as soon as possible if your package has not arrived when expected.
Boxes and jiffy bags are amply sized. Your items are well-protected and professionally prepared before dispatch.
A gift wrapping service is available upon checkout, please add a message to your order if you require an enclosed card.
Rose Hill Boutique are confident that you will be satisfied with any item that you purchase, however if you decide your purchase does not suit you then we will refund or exchange it provided it is returned to us with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in a saleable condition with all labels & tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds if items are marked or damaged in anyway.
If you have any problems with an item or it fails to reach the high standard you would expect, or your order is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the transaction and if it appears we have made a mistake, we will send you the correct item or issue a refund. Upon investigation, if we are unable to find an error on our part, we reserve the right not to send a replacement or refund.
With all items returned to us for a refund, we will only refund the original cost of the item/s. No refunds will include the postage charge unless it is established by ourselves that item/s are faulty or were sent out incorrectly.
Refunds will normally be processed within three to five working days after the goods are returned and received by ourselves.
Items that can't be returned: For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned for a refund.
When returning items, we recommend Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and would advise retaining proof of postage as we will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit.
